- Maintain a clean and organized workstation

- Excellent Time Management

- Knowledge of food safety and procedures

- Plan and Direct Food Preparation. ensuring recipes are followed accurately

- Understanding the importance of ingredients and food allergies

- Good Communication skills and working effectively in the team across all areas of the kitchen

- Stock rotation and Ordering

- Planning a Menu, Costing and Implementation
